Volunteers play a vital role in supporting student learning, wellbeing, and creating a positive school environment. We warmly welcome community members who wish to get involved and make a difference.

Volunteer requirements
All volunteers must have a current Department for Human Services Working with Children Check (WWCC). You can get a free check for volunteering.
You must also complete the Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) course. You will need to create a plink account for non-department staff to complete the course online.
Volunteer opportunities
We offer a variety of volunteer roles, including:
Classroom Help
- Helping with enterprise (preparing/cooking food)
- Listening to reading in the classroom
- Listening to reading during Book Club (Wednesday 8:30-8:55am in the Library)
Assisting with school functions
- Helping at Sports’ Day
- Running a Master Class (group activity) session
- Assisting at school events
Other
- If you have a specific skill or interest (ie. sewing, gardening)
